[MDC-EC] April 2011 Monthly Winlink test

The first Monthly Winlink test for the MD/DC Section was a success.  We had a total of 11 checkins over the 24 hr. period. 
Anne Arundel county was the leader with 6 checkins and Prince Greorges county followed with 3.  Two stations did not specify their county.
Most of the checkins were via RMS Packet gateways, but Jim, WB3KAS PG county EC, checked in via RMS Winmor.
I expect the number of checkins to pick up as the word gets out and COMMEX  picks back up in the fall.
