Training opportunity open to all personnel all jurisdictions. An  
Emergency Communicator I class will be held on March 6, 2010 from 0900  
to 1300 hours in Baltimore or Harford County. Course cover the  
following topics:
* What is Emergency Communications
* Roles of the Emergency Communicator
* Essential Knowledge, Elements, Skills and Abilities
* Technologies available to the Emergency Communicator
* Protocol, Policy and Procedures
* Traffic Handling (formal and tactical).

Registration opens February 1. 2010 and closes on February 28, 2010.
