Anne Arundel County: The following ARES members supported the B & A 
Marathon: KA2JAI, N3WOF, WB3IGW, KB3LDM, KB3CWQ, N3HKJ, N3SEO, K3RSJ, 
WA5VHU, K3YLW, W0NQW, W3DQT, N3YWG, K8JW, K3TED, K3BAY, AA3RR, KB3PGY, 
K3TH, KB3RFX, K3RUP, KB3NQY, KB3VAQ, KB3TEW & KA3RNW.

Howard County: The Howard County Office of Emergency Management arranged 
with the National Weather Service Office in Sterling, VA for a Skywarn Net 
Control presentation at the County EOC on March 26.  Although RACES drill 
credit was given to RACES participants, it was open to all and roughly a 
third of the attendees were ARES members who were not yet participating in 
the County's RACES program.

Garrett County: A presentation of DX operation was give by Mark Moynahan 
along with the movie Peter I 3T0X DX-Pedition. The Garrett County ARES 
(GCARES) monthly meeting location is held at the Garrett County Southern 
Rescue Squad located on route 135 east of Oakland Maryland. The next 
meeting will be Monday February 14th at 7:00 PM.
The GCARES net is held weekly on Sunday evenings at 8:00 PM on the 146.805, 
dup PL 123 and is linked to the Target Link Repeater System. All traffic is 
FM voice.
