[MDC-EC] MDC EC meeting this Saturday at the Timonium Hamfest

Hi, can't make it to represent DC, have a friend's funeral in PA (47 yrs old, cancer, yuck).

On a positive note, the National Marathon was a big success last week, rec'vd help from surrounding counties, some DC Hams, and the Federal City React.  Race Director, MPD, and HSEMA very complimentary of our operations.  PS paperwork to follow.
