[MDC-EC] Frequency Coordination Questionaire

Folks;

Our served agency for the Inauguration Day event is trying to put together an
ICS-205 Communications Plan. We need to make sure we're not going to interfere
with each other due to all the planned (and possible) radio activity.

Please provide to me a list of the primary and secondary frequencies your group
uses for EMCOMM.

Frequency,  Primary or Secondary, RX PL (if any),  TX PL (if any),  Purpose
(Resource / Tactical / Traffic / Other), and Service (ARES / RACES / Both)

Our customer needs this information for a meeting being held early next week, so
please get me your info by 02-January.
