Hi ya, Jeff,
Charina asked me to contact you to find out if you and your group are 
interested in providing communications support for the Tour du Port cycling 
event to be presented by One Less Car in downtown Baltimore, Sun Oct 5.
You can find out about the event at http://www.onelesscar.org/TDP/2008/
We envision that communicators would be stationed at the base and each of 
the two rest stops, plus one mobile unit. As before, we will supply the 
vehicle and driver; you supply the electronics.
You will be informed of the locations of the stationary units and the route 
for the mobile unit after you get back to me. I'm looking forward to hearing 
from you soon.
