[MDC-ARES] PRGE High Frequency Hospital Net

The monthly PRGE High Frequency Hospital Net will be tonight  at 1930L on 
3820KHz.  All are welcome to join in.  It's a place to  meet those involved 
in EmComm support to their local hospitals.  I'd like  for us to come 
together on an informal but frequent basis to get to know  one another.
 
This net is held every month on the third Wednesday following  the third 
Monday of the month.
 
We usually start making noise around 1915 to hold the  frequency in tact!
