[MDC-ARES] RMS Packet Sysops needed

HI all,
With the release of RMS Packet ver. 2.1.1.1  that will now work with TAPR 2 and KISS TNC's, it allows folks that didn't have a KAM or AEA TNC to become RMS Packet Sysops. 
 
 Have an old TAPR 2 TNC laying around or maybe a KISS TNC like a TNC-X or Tiny Tracker?  We have lots of areas in the section without Packet Winlink gateways and we need Sysops, especially those with sites that have emergency power.
