[MDC-ARES] HoCo Striders Metric marathon: Need a few more volunteers

>WHAT:
>CARA and Howard County ARES have been asked by the Howard County
>Striders to provide communications support for their annual Metric
>Marathon & 5 K event.

>WHERE & WHEN:
>The event will be held on Sunday, November 14th and the course we've
>been asked to cover runs 26.3 kilometers (16.2 miles), starting by the
>pedestrian overpass on Little Patuxent Parkway in Columbia, and
>finishing at the fountain at the Columbia Lakefront. Overall event hours
>will be from 7:00AM to around noon, but water stop and bicycle mobile
