[MDC-ARES] MDC ARES Nets

I wasn't able to find a good list of ARES nets for the section, this
is what I can come up with from memory and a few other web sites.

Sunday
8:00PM - Anne Arundle County ARES Net - 146.805 T107.2
--(this net can get pretty large)
8:00PM - Cecil County ARES Net - 146.82 T107.2

... I think there might be a net in Garrett County on 146.805 T123 at
8:00PM on Sunday too

Monday
7:30PM - Frederick County ARES Net - 147.06 T123
--(on target linked system, 146.745 Berkley Springs, 147.24 Frostburg,
146.835 Seven Springs, & others)

Tuesday
7:00PM - Washington County ARES/RACES Net - 146.94
7:30PM - Baltimore County ARES/RACES Net - 146.67 T107.2
7:30PM - Harford County ARES/RACES Net - 146.775 T146.2
7:30PM - Howard Co ARES Net - 147.135 T156.7
7:30PM - Saint Mary's County ARES / RACES Net - 146.775 T156.7
8:00PM - Kent ARES/RACES Net- 147.375 T156.7
8:00PM - Montgomery Co RACES/ARES - 146.955
8:30PM - Carroll Amateur Radio Emergency Team  Net - 145.41
8:30PM - Prince Georges County ARES/RACES - 146.61

At 7:30 on the 2nd tuesday, there is a statewide RACES drill, some
counties have support nets along side.  Frederick ARES operates on
146.73 T141.3 during the RACES net.

Daily Area Traffic Nets
6:00PM - MEPN - 3820 kHz (sometimes moved up to 3821)
6:30PM - Baltimore traffic net - 146.67 T107.2
6:45PM - EPTN - 147.255 T123 (Eastern Panhandle WV, Weekdays, coveres
several western Maryland counties)
7:00PM - MDD - 3557 kHz
7:30PM - MSN - 3563 kHz
7:30PM - NVTN - 147.300 T146.2 (Northern Virginia, but covers several
Maryland counties)
10:00PM - MDD - 3557 kHz

Some of this info might be out of date, and obviously, not all MDC
jurisdictions are listed, if anyone knows of any thing that should be
changed, added, or deleted to this list, please let me know.
