My paper tag did not have a slashed zero but the metal tag does. Maybe they didn’t start issuing the new ARO tags until this year so Nate and I are the first ones to get the new ARO tag. I don’t know if Farren has an ARO tag.

The vehicle classification is across the bottom of the tag.
