I was in Wichita today so of course
had to stop in at the Derby Radio Shack where I learned some sad, but
not entirely unexpected, news. December 16th will be the last day the
store is open.
They plan to box up everything
and take it around to various hamfests over the next few years until it
is all dispersed. So, don't expect any big clearance sales at the
store.....
