What time are we wanting to do this picnic?  I am going to be in Manhattan to watch my granddaughter cheer at a football game @3:30pm but can be back in time for the picnic.

I can bring the Ketchup, Mustard, BBQ sauce and pickle relish and some cheese slices.  We also have miscellaneous paper plates and plasticware that I can bring.

I agree with the club purchasing the meal.
