In the past month I have seen some map of USA that shows blue dots for COOP sites. I don't remember it to be clickable to bring up the location or statistics of the sites.

Dennis,

I cannot find anything that indicates precipitation is measured at MYZ.  The only NWS data point for precipitation that I can find is for the NWS COOP Observer Station (MRVK1), located just south of 17th and Spring ST (Keystone).  I am not familiar with that part of Marysville but on Google Maps that appears to be structures for the City.  It has always been my understanding that MRVK1 was managed by the City of Marysville.  Years ago the NWS had a map of their COOP sites but I don’t know why they discontinued it.

The web site I used to locate MVK1 is http://climod.unl.edu  My NWS COOP station is BRPK1

I sent a msg to all, and not sure it got sent right,  So, again, I think the collection point for the NWS is probably at the Airport.   Dennis
