[MCARC] MCARC repeater, W0GCJ, 147.285+

I think I have found all of the places where the W0DOD callsign was
hiding and changed them to W0GCJ now.  The repeater is back on the air
at my place on an antenna that likely isn't optimal toward Marysville or
Blue Rapids.  I currently have it connected via AllStar to 444.350.
