[MCARC] MCARC Club Mtg

If I remember correctly, we ask somebody in the city or the county if they
were going to be using that cabinet up by the water tower and they said no
we could have it seem like Fred was involved and also you Nate cause that’s
where I remember hearing it when we were up there looking at it.
