[MCARC] Forwarded mail changes

As some may have noticed, the most recent ARRL Letter that I forwarded
did not have the HTML attachment.  This started a couple of weeks back
when the mail host at QTH.COM began rejecting these messages with the
cryptic "lines too long for transport" error.  Opening a ticket did not
lead to a resolution so I am left to forward such mail as plain text.
