[MCARC] New KS ARO Tag

At the moment I'm awaiting the new plates.  It took a good while Tuesday
and a call to Topeka for her to finish the paperwork.  The temporary
copy doesn't have a slash through the zero.  As for the additional
vehicle class, I don't know yet.

Even though I have printed blue plates, she said that back in October
all ARO plates will be issued in the current style this year.

As an aside, the plate for my semi tractor just has "FARM" in the lower
right and they didn't give me a weight sticker to put on it, just the
silver one.  The weight is printed on the registration sheet and in the
computer system so I guess that's good enough.

Given the wait time and their advice that the new plates will arrive in
two to three weeks, don't wait until the last week like I did!  I do
have the printed temporary but it's on regular paper and no protective
sleeve though I suppose they'd provide one if asked (and probably charge
for it).
