[MCARC] New KS ARO Tag

The new plates arrived today after 15/16 days.  I did travel to Beloit
and back Monday and Marysville this morning.  No trouble even though one
of the MS Co wagons was a ways behind me on 36 until 3rd Road on my way
home.  I turned right and he turned left.  😇

For those that will be getting new tags--I guess almost everyone--renew
early in the month if you want the new plate before the old one expires.
