[MCARC] Here is a bit of a mystery

All I can think of is that these are the channel designations to pick up
the NWS stations on the Kansas 800 MHz statewide system.  It's likely
they have receivers for each office connected to the system.

Pleasant Hill would cover the Kansas side of the KC Metro area that is
part of the KC NWS office.
