I have to admit, navigating through CORES is pretty painful! As a test run, I updated my email address in the system and it was very difficult. It is not at all intuitive or user friendly. I found it difficult and I work with computers for a living!
On the upside, it did result in a new “official copy” of my license being forwarded to me.

Still $80. While I think that is an atrocious fee, they are pretty upfront about the fee and some people must think its worth it to avoid navigating CORES and ULS.

While we realize that you can do the work of submitting a license renewal with the FCC yourself, if you would rather not do that, and have us take care of that for you, we offer that service.
Complete Renewal - $80 Fee ($45 W5YI Processing fee plus $35 FCC Application Fee)
Renewal only - $10 Processing Fee ( you pay $35 FCC Application Fee yourself by setting up a new CORES account and using CORES bill pay)
