The KB0MU 146.715- repeater is now a YSF C4FM digital capable repeater with a PL tone of 88.5. If NØAUDF and I have the programming as it should be, the repeater is in automatic mode and will recognize either a digital C4FM or an analog signal and will respond accordingly.
Please try our repeater and let us know how it compares to the former machine which is now our backup. We have power out set to a mid level at first to see how well it will cover our usual footprint.
If you have a C4FM radio, we would especially be interested in hearing from you to see how that is working.
For those of you who frequent the Sunday night net via an RF signal, please be advised that the net will be broadcast in analog only mode so please have your YSF equipment set to operate AMS. If you connect through the KB0MU Echolink node, you hopefully will not notice any change.
We expect a few snafus as we get things rolling but we think at this point we've got it operating well.
Let us know how it is working for you.
