Apparently, the account the modem was associated with was deactivated
and then reactivated on Thursday afternoon.  I received an email from
someone--not sure who yet--informing me of the Echolink issue today.  I
rebooted the Pi and was able to make both Echolink and AllStar
connections to the repeater this afternoon from my phone.

Had I not been informed I would not have known something was amiss.
Please let me know, folks!
