Subject: ARRL Foundation Scholarship Program Open for Applications

The ARRL Foundation will be awarding scholarships to High School
Seniors, College Undergrads and Graduates.  The scholarship amount
ranges from $500 to $25,000.  

Applicants must have a GPA of 2.0 or higher and have held an FCC amateur
license for at least one year.  Applicants of any citizenship are
eligible.

Please consider any students you know who might be good candidates.  For
