Well guys, it’s that time again. The Pony Express reride will be on June
the 6 th and 7 th thru Kansas. The times are about 3 pm at St. Joe, Mo.
to about midnight at the NE/KS border. I have started requiting and
worked out a schedule for St. Joe to Sac and Fox and now am working for
Sac and Fox to the Ne/Ks line. The time is 11:15 PM on the 6 th , going
to the State line at 12:30 PM on the 7 th . 

Lyle Ladner has expressed our presence to assist the reride. As Hams we
are expected to do civic events. It would be helpful if anybody,
especially Hams, would express an interest to assist. Presently, without
any assistance, I will have to do a 24 hour time element to do our part.
The more help the less area I would have to cover. My highest hope would
be for several people to attend, and break down the territory into
pieces where 2 people in cars could take a couple of hours each. Dream
on! Any way, please consider assisting the Pony Express reride. Thanks
