Subject: New DXCC QSL Card Checker Appointed

As you know, we're working to increase the number of DXCC QSL Card
Checkers -- and their geographical coverage.  

I'm very pleased to report that Bruce Frahm, K0BJ, has been appointed as
a card checker.   Bruce lives in Colby, KS.  He is on the DXCC honor
roll and is an ex-Vice President of the ARRL.  I'm sure most of you have
heard of or know Bruce.

Because of his qualifications and extensive background, he can also
check cards for WAS and VUCC.

Thank you, Bruce, for your continuing contributions to the ARRL and
amateur radio.
