[MCARC] Free Cushcraft Ringo parts

Farren, N0UDF here. I had a Ringo that was exhibiting similarly. Before our
KS hurricane, there was wind storm damage last spring that caused me to
take that antenna down. If you assembled like I did years ago, then one
thing I found was much corrosion on the connectors inside the rubber boots
that came in the kit on the cable between the counterpoise and tuning PL
239 socket even though I had used the provided kit grease.
