KB0NRG, Ron Ginardi, Pittsburg, has become a Silent Key.

Eric-KD0ARW reports on Phillipsburg ARC Special Event at Fort Bissell: 
In 2 hours club station W0ZXN made 52 contacts on 20 and 80 meters. 
46 contacts on 20 including Canada and Mexico. 
Even had a pile up for a while. The remainder of contacts 
were made after the Kansas Sideband Net. Eric, KD0ARW says: 
Special thanks to Mike, KB0QGT, for the awesome work on the 
QSL cards he made the club for this event. In all, had a 
great time and looking forward for more opportunities 
at the fort to operate again.   

Flint Hills ARC went on an expedition to Beaumont.
They set up at Beaumont Community Center on the old Frisco
right of way. There were approximately 10 participants for W0T.
John, K0JDL took his tower trailer and Shin-Ae,KC0NOI 
prepared breakfast burritos for everyone. Sounds like a fun outing.

JOCO RAC held their annual auction at Marshall Ensor Museum and Park.
Special mention to: Lea,KI6VCS; Dave, K0DVP for support and organizing.

Santa Fe Trail ARC will be conducting an Amateur Extra upgrade class
beginning on January 7 and running through March 4. It’s intended for
individuals who already have a General Class License.
