[MCARC] Hap's Update

Well, after advocating we go back to meeting at a restaurant I hate to
be a no-show, but I'll be a no-show.  I started coming down with a cold
on Tuesday and while I am over the worst, I can't stop the sneezing and
blowing so it's probably best for all concerned that I not attend this
evening.
