Spring has sprung and the bands are hot.   That means that I'm doing a
lot of sneezing and enjoying dxing even into the late hours.  I hope the
season has started well for you.

It's time for the next Division newsletter.  I'd like to gather some
articles and maybe pictures about first amateur radio experiences and
stations.  It would also be great to include information about the
person who started you in ham radio -- your Elmer.
