[MCARC] Seneca Repeater

I assume AC0I was using his omni Tram 2 bander. I don't know enough about
Dennis 2M antenna. I believe Bruce plans to increase the output power a
smidge. Some of Dennis and AC0I is the tower itself is blocking or between
your qth's and the antenna. Ken should be more line of sight except for
terrain as is Dave.
