Dennis:Im afraid the harness was useless as water had gotten into the connections and into the coax.dipoles look good and should work individually or someone might be able to craft a new harness. No mast pipe was laying around with the rest of the aluminum so not sure where that went.

Yes Mike... the 4 dipole/with harness is the antenna John donated for our BlueRapids digipeater. Then later after we had not operated packet much, except for me and Phil, the Blue Valley people took that down, by letting it drop from up where it had been put by us. I took it from the pile of stuff they left there and brought it home and purchased the necessary elements to revamp it. Later I took a mast to put it on, to John's house, and he indicated then, we could use it for a repeater at Blue Valley again. The mast I gave John was an old mast with army paint about 20 feet. long, I don't know what happened to anything after that. That dipole will work on that mast or just attached to a tower leg and it has about 6 DB of gain, all directions, if put up properly...... Dennis

Dr. Ryan had 4 dipoles that were connected to a feed line harness that he is wanting to pass no to anyone who might use them. I tested one of the dipoles and it was resonate at 147 Mhz so it appears that maybe it can be used on the ham bands. See pix attached and I will bring to the club meeting next week. I also have a the below screen shot that I took this week as I was going thru some fuses looking for a specific value on a piece of equipment for my son that had a failure and was a bit (or a lot) confused with regard to the nomenclature that is assigned to fuses. I found this which was helpful. While it is not a complete list it is of some value to me anyway. ACG is auto glass fuseMDL is like a time delay fuse or a slow blow fuse.73 ACØI
