[MCARC] Web Site update

I updated the “membership” list on the WØGCJ web site (https://www.qsl.net/w0gcj/ <https://www.qsl.net/w0gcj/>) to include John Coultis and identify Al Stirn as a silent key.  It really isn’t a true membership list, but rather a list of past and present members.  I think all the license expiration dates are current and nobody has a renewal until 2022.

If you happen to look at it and see any errors or omissions, etc. let me know.
