[MCARC] ARES net tonight at 9 PM

Everyone with 70cm FM capability please plan to check into the
Marshall/Washington Counties ARES net tonight at 9 PM.  With storm
season now in Prime Time it is a good idea to make sure your gear works
and that you can access the 444.350 MHz, positive offset, 88.5 Hz PL
tone repeater at Marysville.
