[MCARC] [Fwd: ARRL on the Purpose of Amateur Radio]

Prior to events, I had begun my study, I think the 3rd time, of Morse Code.
It was on my retirement bucket list. Now if I can keep that up and find a
few more minutes in day (doubtful) I can get to another bucket list item
dealing with Amateur Radio.
