[MCARC] Kansas QSO Party

It's the last weekend of August again and time for the Kansas QSO Party!

While the full hours of operation are from 9 AM to 9 PM Saturday and 9
AM to 3 PM on Sunday, there is no minimum operating time required.

Bands are 80-10m except for the WARC bands.

Modes are CW, SSB, and Digital.  Digital includes anything from RTTY to
FT8.

Exchange is, for those in Marshall county, signal report MSH, or more
commonly, 599 MSH.  Other stations in Kansas will give their signal
report and county.  Stations outside of Kansas give their signal report
and US state or Canadian province or simply DX.

Jump in and have a little fun on the bands this weekend.
