[MCARC] On the rotor controllers

What I remember is a discussion a few years ago at field day about someone
(county or emergency management or ???) having a trailer and maybe the
tower had been moved to it. I thought the surplus military generator had
gone bye-bye. This is just stuff coming out of the cobwebs so better than
50-50 that I am completely wrong.
