[MCARC] International Space Station FM repeater!

I've got the downlink frequency in my scanner. Just using a mag-mount
scanner antenna stuck to a metal bracket outside the house window and not
doing anything on the scanner to compensate for Doppler shift, I've heard
it a few times. Very briefly, but also very strong. With just a tiny bit
more effort I think I'd be able to hear any pass over us easily.
