Subject: S.E.T. Bulletin

ARRL Simulated Emergency Test is October 3-4.
Our Section participation this year will be through
the traffic nets. You can participate by checking into
the Kansas Sideband Nets at 6:30PM and the Kansas Phone Nets
at 8AM Saturday and Sunday, all on 3.920 MHz.
There will also be an extra net on Sunday at 1PM CDT
on 3.920 to see if we can tie the West with the East
in the middle of the day with voice mode.

Net Control will ask for your county and if you are using 
a back up power source. If you received your license 
in the last 5 years NCS will want to know that as well.

You may also send a participation radiogram to me or to 
Ken Kopp AK0A, District One EC, Topeka on any of the nets.  
You can send  PARTICIPATING IN 2020 SET FROM HOME
USING BACK UP POWER. Put it in the Radiogram format 
and check in to one of our nets or have someone relay it that has 
80 meter capability. ECs may want to send to Ken and include 
their roster figure.
