[MCARC] Both repeaters to be linked for the Sunday night net

With both the 2 m and 70 cm repeaters on the air, though the 2 m is
running temporarily from my shack, I have set things up so that both
repeaters will be connected via the AllStar link system during the net.
Also, for the duration of the net the need for a CTCSS tone will be
turned off so that anyone with a 2 m FM radio may participate.

The scripts will be run per the following schedule on Sunday evenings:

8:55 PM: 147.285 repeater is set for COR access only
8:56 PM: 147.285 repeater is connected to 444.350

10:04 PM: 147.285 repeater is disconnected from 444.350
10:05 PM: 147.285 repeater is set for COR and CTCSS access.

I have been running a text to speech announcement on 70 cm from 9:30 AM
to 8:30 PM on Sundays.  I will now split the announcement between both
repeaters on alternate hours.

Any other ideas?
