[MCARC] November club meeting

I know back when a church here in Seneca started streaming services it was
using Zoom and was possible at 1 up with both audio and video and it worked
because Zoom is using compression. The music was not too good but voice
came through well. The problem was when an attempt was made to live stream
with only 1 up to both Zoom and Facebook. For a meeting with participants
(MCARC) taking turns and maybe only a camera image should work well with 1
up. Going now to see what Mumble is.
