The repeater is 2 RU and the CAT controller shelf is 1 RU.

I do have a Samlex switching supply that fits inside the repeater
cabinet so I think we could make 24 RU work.
The duplexer frame rails are centered between the cans so the cabinet
would need about 10" of space in front of the rack. The repeater and
CAT controller shelves are flush mount at the front. The repeater is
16" behind the front plate and the controller 8" behind.
In some cabinets the duplexer could just sit on a stand or blocks if
need be and depending on where the rails are, the repeater might need
standoffs.
