[MCARC] Brk

[Farren Constable]

 I know Dennis Kracht at BVT and will talk to him.  I don't know who in
Blue Rapids is the right person -- Dave, do you know any of the "powers
that be" in Blue Rapids?  My guess is that the tower is still city owned
and controlled.
