I think the first thing to do is the secure permission to access the
site whether that need to be granted by Blue Rapids or Blue Valley Tech
or both.  You and Dave are familiar to and with the community.  Heh!

Once that is done a few of us should meet there to determine the
availability of the antenna and feedline, test the antenna system if
possible, evaluate the available space, and anything else other members
think of.

After that I think we can develop a plan.
