[MCARC] 444.350 repeater back on the air from N0NB

As an addendum, I now have AllStar linking capability (yeah, it uses the
Internet for the back haul) through the repeater.  Ken connected from
his AllStar hotspot in Topeka this evening and we had a good long chat.
This gives the opportunity to link to other systems or receive links
from other systems, perhaps even from other parts of the world!
