[MCARC] Storm spotters on 146.580

I guess they're tracking one of the two storms presently in MS county.
They have their own jargon and are quite excited at present.

I've not heard any callsigns, though.  :-/

No, I'm not going to engage them as they'd probably ignore any one of us
anyway.
