The 147.060 pair is coordinated for Greenleaf, or at least it was.  If
the coordinator is asked nicely he'll likely recoordinate it upon
request.  Technically, I think that repeater is crystal controlled and
getting a new set of crystals may be difficult since, as I understand
it, the repeater is a custom/homebrew design.
