Subject: ARRL Midwest Division Announcement

Dear ARRL Members in the Midwest Division,

Over the past 10-years it has been my privilege to serve first as your
Vice-Director and then your Director.  It has been an honor to represent
you on the ARRL board during this time.

But now I believe it is time for a change and I am therefore NOT a
candidate for the Midwest Division Director.  I intend to complete my
term of office which expires December 31, 2020.

I don't expect the position will go vacant as you the members will
decide who will be the next director in the upcoming election.

I continue to be an ardent supporter of ARRL and continue active in
amateur radio.  I urge you to do the same.
