[MCARC] ARRL Library book set

I understand it says 2013, but as I mentioned the vice director of 5 land said their club was doing this and it was still $200 so I would imagine that the price is OK. Obviously a call to the league is would settle that question. Roger on checking with the city library and if they are not then the school library would be next choice (or maybe 1st choice).

The form is dated 2013 so it would probably be a good idea to check with 
HQ if the set is still available. 

Also, before ordering it would be a good idea to check with library to 
see if they have the room/interest. 

If both questions have positive answers, I think we can certainly 
purchase this for the library.
