There is also a really good severe weather symposium in Lincoln on
Apr. 4 as part of their annual Weatherfest:

And Lawrence is resuming their severe weather symposium Mar. 7, after
a hiatus in 2019.

Both are quite a bit more in depth than the basic Topeka NWS
presentation and both are well attended by hams.
